Research on Chinese Services Outsourcing Vendors capabilities Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要：

This paper establishes index system of Chinese services outsourcing vendors capabilities, uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each level index, establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of Chinese services outsourcing vendors capabilities, finally the case study shows that it is reasonable and credible to evaluate Chinese services outsourcing vendors capabilities with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
