Adaptation and integration as motives for business success in international exploration (A case study of Huawei in Tanzania))
Accurate analysis is needed prior to the decisions regarding business international exploration in relation to the firms organizational resources and capabilities, emerging industry constraints against the market intended to explore (Macro environment factors). It need to adapt the its micro environment factors and look for the appropriate integration mechanism knowing exactly the starting point of the chain initiation and termination, chain barriers and its measures. In this study the author used the structured likert-scale questionnaires to gather the primary data. The Chronbach Alpha was used for reliability analysis of the tested variables and the mean for the average scores of the respondents for each variable assessment.94% of the responded agreed that Huawei (Tanzania) Tech. Co is well adapted both its micro and macro environment factors and it employs the appropriate integration mechanisms which enhance the firm to increase its stake. The micro -macro environmental factors model for integration frame work has been proposed as a continuous chain reaction overlapping one another very systematical and thus any gap between the chains led to malfunction of the firms exploration. The study disclosed the two firms entered earlier in to the Tanzania market declined its market share but the reasons of its declining have been not studied in this paper.
