Analysis of Influence Factors on Mobile Service Value--A Case Study of Mobile Phone TV
Mobile services are characterized by multi-actors, cross-industries, integrated, dynamics, interaction, and requirement uncertainty. These features make us hard to calculate their service value. This paper construct a network relationship model of actors in mobile service, study the ecosystem formed by these actors, and ecological level. Then we take mobile phone TV, the most typical service within mobile service as an instance, analyze the influence factors on mobile phone TV service value, propose a service value calculation model, and compute service value by means of conjoint analysis.
