Waste Analysis of Lean Service

Based the value stream of lean service, Lean Service wastes are proposed. They including (1) Service Design waste, (2) Service Item waste, (3) Service Ability waste, (4) Service Process waste , and (5)Service Delay waste. The conclusion puts forward the application of Lean Service wastes and the theoretic foundation for promoting lean service.
