A Study of competitive advantage on Services package-based economy hotel “7 Days Innas a case

Economy hotel is a typical service-oriented enterprises, the paper take 7 Days Inn for example, the use of services package theory, not only analysis the hotels three levels of basic services and the specific practices ,but also shows the hotel efforts to improve service availability.In addition, the use of Internet technology to improve customers interaction and participation during service, which extends the basic services to augment service offering, thereby enhancing the level of customer perceived service quality as competitive advantage.
