Study on Service Enhancement Competitive Strategy for Manufacturing Enterprise

摘要：

Service enhancement strategy is an important differential competitive strategy adopted by manufacturing enterprise, it will develop a far-reaching influence on manufacturing development, and enhance competitiveness by service has become an important strategic choice for our manufacturing enterprise in background of global competition and knowledge economy. This article analyzed manufacturings competition background, and discussed obstacles in implementing, finally it proposed implementing steps and guarantees, therefore it will provide the beneficial reference for formulating service enhancement strategy of manufacturing enterprise.
