Land Ethics In Hotel Management And The New Understanding of People Oriented

The hotel industry is one of typical industry in service trades. Whether internal employees or external customers, people is its main elements. With the improvement of human understanding of nature, the concept of sustainable development has added a new meaning to a number of management theories. The author analyzed specifically the conflict and the connection between Land Ethics(a management ethics) and People-Oriented(a management philosophy), proposed the new understanding of People Oriented, and pointed out the need to improve the understanding of human from the social people to natural people until ecological people, hope to further improve the people-oriented management philosophy.
