iThe Key Elements of Department Industry Service System:An Empirical Analysis Based on the Department Stores in GuangZhou
Service increasingly becomes the key factor that Chinas department stores improve their competitive advantages, and all of its content is how to attract, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers. On the basis of systematic analysis of constructing the department store service system, this paper carries out empirical research on two typical department stores in South China, and uses factor analysis method to identify several service elements which consumers are most concerned about , and further puts forward measures to perfect service system construction of department industry.
