Study on Service Mining-Oriented Automobile Customer Behavior Analysis Model

For automobile companies, how to satisfy customers demand is crucial in gaining survival and development in fierce competition. This paper starts with automobile customer behavior research, studies on the impacts of customer behavior on automobile, sets up inventory management index system based on customer behavior which is tested by empirical analysis.
