Competitive Intelligence Service for SMEs A new way for B2B website to compete
This paper proposes a B2B-based competitive intelligence (CI) service model for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Based on investigation of CI requirement and B2Bs usage situation in China, the B2B-based CI service model is analyzed. Finally, the related suggestion is given. The proposed CI service model is of great significance to both sound development of B2B and SMEs.
