Research into the university Intellectual Property Management

摘要：

Universities are the places talent people gathered, and also the main carrier of scientific and technological innovation. The operation of the university intellectual property management, and the interests protection of relative research teams, could make the university play a better role in the national innovation mechanism. This article pointed the inner meaning of university intellectual property management, argued that the gap between abroad and domain is the gap in the degree of protection, and this article declared the measures to perfect it from the aspects of conscious and mechanism.
