Research on Knowledge Service System in Open Innovation Environment

摘要：

After discussing the literature of open innovation and the existing problems, the whole framework of knowledge service system in open innovation environment was proposed, and further, the system structure, related mechanism and Wikibased collaborative ontology annotation (WCOA) technology of knowledge service system was analyzed. The intention was to provide a solution to enhance open innovation ability for enterprises.
