Perceived developmental performance appraisal and knowledge sharing behavior in China:Do traditionality and organization ownership matter?

We found that perceptions of developmental PA was positively related to knowledge sharing behavior.Their relationship was mediated by affective organizational commitment and moderated by individual traditionality and organizational ownership types.
