Exploring the Dynamic Changes of E-business Market in China

E-business innovating applications have posed novel, technical, organizational and commercial challenges. As e-business market is growing very fast in China, the e-business enterprises are facing the problems of coping with dynamic environment changes and building up strong competitive advantages. It is essential to find out the current situation of the e-business market. By conducting the survey on the market leaders, this paper aims at using SWOT model to analyze the current environment of E-business market in China. By analyzing the results of the in-depth interviews, the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were found out for determining the strategies.
