Research on the Establishment of Evaluation System of E-Commerce Enterprise Value
Nowadays e-commerce as an increasing important business mode has exerted great impact on traditional business mode. Against this background, it is of special significance to research how to assess the value of e-commerce enterprise. This article will establish the evaluation system from four aspects which includes financial indicator, customer base indicator, companys overall ability indicator and credit indicator. Factor analysis method will be adopted to make evaluation. Standards of classifying e-commerce enterprise value will be created and a systemic research of e-commerce enterprise value will be conducted.
