The Construction of Shopping Website Cultural--Case Analysis of Taobao
The thesis is based on the theory of enterprise cultural construction, through the analysis of Taobaos high-speed growth process and carry on the case study from the outstanding quality, meticulous website perfect customer service, six pulse divinesword website cultural values, localization strategy of free competition strategy, etc. The article shows that the key to win the competition for Taobao is valuing the cultural construction, and shape its corporate culture is the most important for the cultural construction.
