The Mechanism and Approach of Channel-based System Reform through the Separation of Program-making from Broadcasting
How to promote the quasi-channel-based system to channel-based system and how to raising up the efficiency of the channels resource-allocation are both the concerns of media managers and researchers. This article analyzed some outstanding questions existing in the process of todays channel-based system reform such as homogeneous competition between channels ,unbalanced development and unbleached structure in channels right-responsibility-benefit. And it raised how to help the mechanisms and approaches of the channel-based systems reform and innovation by separation of program-making from broadcasting to realize the mutual benefit and common evolution of the two systems reform.
