The Optimization and Simulation of Automobile production line based on Flexsim

摘要：

This article describes the modeling and design ideas of system optimization. It takes the production line of a car factory in Chongqing for example. According to the production management and simulation theory, we use the simulation software Flexsim to establish the model of paintings key process and use it to analyse the existing congestion bottlenecks of tools, proposing two optimization schemes at last.
