A Study on Modeling and Measuring the Value Network of Mobile Services

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the mobile service industry and focuses on the coopetition of many actors within the industry to explain the nature of the complex and dynamic mobile services. And the paper proposes a value network model to describe the corresponding relationship between service providers and service modules, which can help to understand the sources of value and competitive advantages. Finally, the paper shows how to measure the value created by the whole network and its actors in theory.
