The Demand of Alternative Red Meat:Factors Affecting Consumers Perception and Consumption Decision of Ostrich Meat in Taiwan
This study investigates consumers perception toward ostrich meat product and the factors that affect consumers decision to consume ostrich meat. The results of factor analysis show that consumers perception toward ostrich meat has two factors: positive factor and negative factor.
