Study on the Risk Control of Logistic Strategic Alliance in Shipping Enterprises

摘要：

To stabilize the supply and look for new profit growth point, many large and medium shipping enterprises develop logistics actively through establishing logistics strategic alliances. Based on the systematic analysis of risks about the logistics strategic alliance and its influencing factors, the paper discussed how to apply risk matrix in the risk assessment of logistics strategic alliance, developed the application field of risk matrix. It provides a structured risk assessment tools for risk assessment of logistics alliance enterprises. Finally, the paper proposed the corresponding risk control strategies; this can provide important references for the shipping enterprise in formation of logistic strategic alliances.
