Design and Simulation of an Overloaded Acceleration Device
To evaluate the performance and reliability of the precise electronic components which are used in the overloaded acceleration environment, an experimental device which supplies overloaded acceleration was designed in this work. To simulate overloaded acceleration environment, the gas in a closed chamber is compressed by a high speed mass which moved along the barrel, and instantaneous reverse acceleration could be obtained when the gas is compressed in a certain condition. A mathematical model is set up and simulated based on the work principle. Than the performance which influenced by the gas state parameters and system structural parameters are analyzed. Simulation results indicate that the device is easier to implement and control in comparison with the traditional method, and it can meet the requirement of the device.
