Simulation and Orthogonal Optimization for Ejection System on Aeroplane with a Peak Pressure reduction device
An ejection system on aeroplane using spring valve as a peak pressure reduction device is presented and its numerical simulation is carried on. An orthogonal optimization method is adopted to make optimization design for peak pressure reduction device of an ejection system on aeroplane. In the specific implementation, a coarse and fine grid division method are used for getting different values of factors. This method can save the computational work greatly and finish the optimization quickly and accurately. Therefore the method can replace a large amount of experimental work required in factory.
