Study on Quantity Value Transfer Method of Static Calibration System for Copper Cylinder
The method of pressure-measuring with copper cylinders is one of the main means to measure the artillery chamber pressure during weapons design, finalization and acceptance check. The pressuremeasuring precision with copper cylinders mostly depends on its piezometer and cuprum cylinder. The transfer method of the quantity value for the pressure-measuring with cylinder was discussed in detail around the status quo of static calibration system of copper cylinder; several methods surrounding the pressure gauge classification and collection were analyzed particularly, the calibration of standard cuprum cylinder, the formation of pressure reference table and its uncertainty evaluation included; Also it talked over a few ways such as the selection of inserting pressure gauges and screwing ones, the grade evaluation for manometer and the quantity value transfer of gauges, which laid the foundation for the establishment of copper cylinders static calibration system possessing our independent property right.
