The Design of Drawing Parts Compound Die

摘要：

In this work a design scheme for a compound die was presented. This compound die could achieve drawing, trimming, punching and cutting-off in the same work station and formed a flangeless cylinder part with a small side-hole and bottom-hole. By the actual production, it was found that the product quality, production efficiency and production cost were improved.
