Active Vibration Control of Smart Composite Structure Using Fuzzy Control System and Optimized by Modal Filtering
In this paper modelling and active vibration control of smart structure carried out by using fuzzy logic control system (FLC) and its optimization using modal filtering. In this work, sensors and actuators were used are piezoelectric. Optimization of Structure using modal filtering with appropriate placement of piezoelectric patch is defined. Controllability of systems is studied and the effect of the placement of sensors and actuators is shown. For designing of fuzzy control system,121 fuzzy rules are used. Input signals of the control system are voltage sensor and voltage changes, in the sensor at every moment. Whereas output signal of control system is only voltage of piezoelectric actuators. Response of Structure to free vibrations, impulse input, step input, sinusoidal input, random vibration and white noise has been investigated in cases of pure beam and smart beam structures.
