Optimization of Variable Firing Interval for Antiaircraft Rocket Launcher

In order to improve firing dispersion of antiaircraft rocket launcher, the variable firing interval is optimized and studied here. On the base of dynamic parametric model of antiaircraft rocket launcher, the firing interval is optimized using design of experiments (DOE), Meta-Modeling techniques and numerical optimization techniques. The response values from the DOE are evaluated and used to build a reasonably accurate Meta-Modeling for response function, the intermediate deviation of initial disturbance is defined as analysis response, after numerical optimization of the approximation response function, multiple groups of firing interval value are obtained with better initial disturbances. The optimized result shows that the variable firing interval can effectively improve firing dispersion, the optimized result can be used in the firing of antiaircraft rocket launcher.
