The Analysis of Impact of the Automat Guided Length on Its Movement Law
In order to study the influence of the guide length of the working part which is under the gunpowder gas pressure on the movement of the slider, the physical model and virtual prototype of automatic mechanism are established using prismatic pair with clearance and without clearance, which are analyzed by dynamic analysis and computer simulation. Then the influence law of the slider size, guide length, force and friction coefficient on the movement of the slider and the movement characteristic of the slider are obtained. The results show that the longer guide length of the working part, the closer its movement characteristic to the prismatic pair without clearance.
