Analysis and Control of the Hybrid Driven Special Five Bar Ellipse Trajectory Generating Mechanism of the Flexible Section Shield
The flexible section shield is a trend of the shield technology. Developing a sound cutting mechanism is the core technology to develop the flexible section shield. In this paper, hybrid driven special five bar mechanism is first applied to cutting mechanism of special section shield machine to meet the requirements of special section tunnel of underground space. The mathematics models of the hybrid driven special five bar ellipse trajectory generating mechanism are set up. Then according to these models, innovation studies are carried out for the structures and the controlling strategies of the hybrid driven special five bar ellipse trajectory generating mechanism. On those foundations, four design projects of driven structures are first presented. And the dynamic stability of different driven structures is analyzed. The result of the computer simulation shows that the results in this paper are correct.
