Research and Application of the Space Digital Model about the Surface of the Complex Parts

In the process of the CNC profiling, there exists some problem, such as processing interference, undercutting and the profiled processing precision. These problems are seriously affected the technology of Profiling used in the surface processing of the complex components. It is very necessary to research the digital model of the surface of the complex parts. On the basis of the data acquisition of profiling and the vector characteristics, the normal vector and tangential vector of the differential points on the surface of parts are got, and we get the space digital model of the surface of those parts. At last, we do some processing experiment using the method, and all those above question are resolved successfully.
