Development of Electronic Control Ignition System for Ignition Chamber GDI Engine

Electronic control ignition system and in-cylinder pressure acquisition system applied to GDI engine was developed. It is based on the high efficiency data acquisition technology and Lab VIEW. The research of the electronic control and combustion analysis is an integration of acquisition, analysis and control. The result shows the system can achieve the following functions such as ignition module can control engine ignition accurately, modify ignition advance angle and charging time of ignition loop on board; data acquisition and analysis modules can obtain good Incylinder pressure curves and all kinds of combustion information. It can also provide strong support for the design and further optimization of the engine.
