Application of Computer Program for Mathematical Modeling of Hydrodynamic Processes in the Axial Piston Pump with Combined Distribution of Working Fluid

Modern methods used for design and construction of complex mechanical objects, especially in the field of hydraulic pumps/motors, must widely be supported by combination of simultaneous measurement, mathematical modeling, identification of the parameters of mathematical modeling on the basis of experimental results and mathematical modeling, and direct realization of the algorithm of electronic control of the pump/motor. To present the process of mathematical modeling the paper shows the set of results which are automatically displayed by diagrams in 24 windows during calculation for several working regimes and for four models of fluid flow in the discharge pipe of hydraulic installation. Input data are shown in tables while the presented diagrams are directly stored as bitmaps at the hard disc and sent to text processor (Word 97).
