Study on the Vibration Isolation Design of Auto Crane Control Room Seat Based on Ergonomics
From the point of ergonomics, the relationships between vibration frequency of autocrane control room seat under working conditions and natural frequency of human body and the effects of seat vibration on lifting worker are discussed. In order to change the vibration frequency of seat under working conditions and reduce physical indisposed symptoms of lifting worker caused by vibration, an air cushion of seat is designed. The design is considered from the point of product shape to make lifting worker work in a more comfortable, beautiful and healthy environment and then improve working efficiency and safely. The vibration of control room seat is measured and analyzed before and after using air cushion. The results show that the design of this air cushion changes the vibration frequency of control room seat under working conditions and reduces resonance phenomenon between the vibration frequency of seat and the natural frequency of human body, thereby reduces the effects of vibration on lifting worker.
