Exploration and Practice in Scientific and Technological Innovation of Art Subject Talents Cultivation
Using the exploration of arts subject students scientific and technological innovation activities as the foundation, this article analyzes the situation of organizing scientific and technological innovation activities of arts subject students , and the subjective and objective factors which restrict arts subject students to develop scientific and technological innovation activities. Five measures are adopted as follows: strengthening arts subject students thinking mode cultivation of promoting scientific and technological innovation; improving discipline management system, establishing incentive mechanism; improving teaching qualifications, encouraging them to actively participate in guiding students innovation activities; constructing a favorable atmosphere and further strengthening discipline echelon construction; and providing material guarantee, strengthening the construction of innovation base. Through those actual cases, technological innovation activities of arts subject are proved feasible and effective, which provides good references for innovation of arts subject talent cultivation mode.
