Study on the Psychological Model of the Self- service Bank Customers
A combination model of self-service was explored to eliminate the psychological insecurity of the customers in using self-service banks based on the problems analysis of self-service banking system in this paper. Two key points of the customers concern were analyzed including the design of self-service banking facilities of privacy protection in the whole space and self-service machine interface. The new combination model of service was researched with the purpose of protecting the mental safety of the users.
