The following paper starts with the research on China traditional carpentry, then makes a systematic and comprehensive research on China traditional carpentry manufacture, with the scientific concept and means of cognizing. It analyzes the matching principle among the wood, carpentry craft and carpentry for the purpose of reaching the systematic cognition of traditional carpentry craft value, inspiring and guiding the manufacture of the modern carpentry.
