A Model Based on Uncertain Measure for Comprehensive Evaluations of the Quality of Blasting
In combination with the actuality of the current engineering blasting, established in this paper is a complete, second-class index system for comprehensive evaluations of the quality of blasting. A model of uncertain measure is introduced to conduct an allround evaluation of the quality of engineering blasting. In determination of the criterion for the weight and discrimination of each evaluation index, it adopts a discrimination criterion respectively for information entropy and confidence, providing both a quantitative and qualitative method for a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of engineering blasting. This is of some significance to the management of blasting engineering and improvement of construction quality.
