Powder Cooperated with Explosives
In order to reduce the production cost, to reduce labor intensity, and to improve the quality of precious stone blocks, a new charging structure was designed and applied to directional fracture controlled blasting. In the experiment, sulfur-free black powder was used to replace the traditional black powder, and the preparation of the performance of sulfur-free black powder was tested to ensure that the sulfur-free black powder explosive performance and storage use are safe with reduced environmental pollution. Using slotted stress concentration, cement mortar test blocks were used to simulate the synergistic explosive blasting stone cutting. Experimental results show that the design of the explosives common charge structure is reasonable and cooperative. The explosives blasting method is feasible. Finally, through the process of analysis of the role of the combined effects of blast and gas theory of explosion, applying the collaborative explosive energy, the blasting can be made more rational to use, to reduce the cost of stone mining, improve the mining cycle, and improve the quality of the blocks.
