Research on the Key Technique for Explosive Mining of the Building Stone of Different Specifications
Relatively many types and specifications of stone are required in a building stone mining project and the size of normalized stone is required to be comparatively small, thus bringing difficulty for explosive mining. Starting from such aspects as division of the mining area, the blasting techniques and the quality control, in accordance with the characteristic of rock in different mining areas, and in combination with the regional investigations and blasting crater tests, mining areas are classified for stone of different specifications. In the process of production, the blasting parameters for mining different specifications of stone is established through blasting tests, and the control blasting technique is also applied to control of boulders and ore fines during blasting, thus meeting the mining requirements of the project for many types of normalized stone, providing useful reference for similar projects in the future.
