Study of Tunnel Perimeter Blasting on Fracture Zones

From the basic characteristics of rock fracture destruction, the mechanism of rock blasting into seam was discussed Based on the joint mechanism of explosion stress wave and explosive gas driving crack propagation, the blasting effect with cut pipe charge on fracture zones was studied, and the test results were used in Qingzang railway Cuanjiao tunnel. From the observation and analysis of surrounding rock after blasting, the results show that perimeter holes with cut pipe charge can improve the super owe dig on fracture zones obviously.
