Blasting Vibration Frequency Control Technology Research and Application
Using the control theory of mechanical vibration to study the characteristics of blast spectrum, found that the earthquake occurred in delayed blasting is caused by the superposition of rock blasting vibration and delay time vibration, which are in the different spectrum. We set the delayed explosion oscillating wave to be the command fundamental wave, and analyzing rock blasting oscillating wave by transforming it into harmonic wave, also using the Doppler effect caused by floating epicenter, finally synthesizing the mixed frequency to achieve the frequency shift. According to these, we have established the blast vibration dynamical response control fundamental theory and design methodology, and it was successfully applied. In large scale deep-hole type blasting, the millisecond delay detonator is used widely. This case produce the floating epicenter which move at set speed, and come to Doppler frequency shift effect Using EDD, the velocity of floating epicenter can amount to 1000m/s, and the vibration frequency can be shifted 30% higher. Another characteristic of dividing area delay blasting is the synthesizing and mixed frequency, discovering a substantial effect in crease in vibration frequency. At the same time use the two technologies can effectively improve the blasting vibration frequency above 20Hz or 40Hz.
