The screening of the shoots induction from Mature Seeds of Kentucky Bluegrass
Introduction: Kentucky Bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.) is a kind of grass precocious grain of plants. Tissues culture is the basis of somatic embryo propagation and genetic transformation in further breeding, in which shoots induction play an important role. During the stage of shoots induction, callus can differentiate into green plants to prepare for root transplanted. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of various levels hormones on shoots induction from callus of Kentucky Bluegrass.
