Genetic diversity of Caragana Microphylla Lam. in China based on analysis of ISSR markers

摘要：

Introduction: Caragana microphylla Lam. is an important species in the semi-arid, arid and desert regions. It has a potential utilization as a pioneer leguminous shrub species for vegetation reestablishment in North China.In this study,ISSR were used to detect genetic diversity of seventeen Caragana microphylla Lam.populations from North China.
