Fuel consumption of soil-gashing and root-cutting machine for degenerated grassland
Introduction: 8.78 million hectares of Leymuschinensis natural grassland is gradually degraded in Northern China. Soil-gashing and root-cutting Machine is designed for degenerated grassland. This machine can dramatically increase the soil condition(Yong et al. 2010). Fuel consumption is one of the most important factors that affect the cost of tillage and energy consumption. The objective of this study was to test the optimal operation parameters to achieve the balance between energy consumption and ecological environment.
