The Dynamic Changes of Microbial Flora in Alfalfa Silage
Introduction: Silage is a complex system of symbiotic microorganisms, including lactic acid bacteria (LAB), yeast, clostridium, fungi and other germs of corruption. In order to promote the growth of beneficial lactic acid bacteria and prevent mildewing during silage fermentation, the activity rules of various microorganisms and their effects on silage must be mastered.
