The Prospect Analysis of Chinese Enterprises E-Learning

摘要：

Along with the rapid development and gradual worldwide popularization of the computer and network technology, E-Learning becomes the new trend of the enterprise training development, which has advantages of abundance information, beyond restrictions of time and space, flexibility, convenience, reducing enterprise training costs. This paper firstly introduces the concept of E-Learning at first, and then analyses the present situation of enterprise ELearning, at last, analyses the prospect analysis of Chinese enterprises E-Learning.
