Studies on Technology Innovation Efficiency of Listed Companies on GEM

摘要：

In this paper, based on characteristics of high-tech companies listed on GEM, the evaluation index system of was built from the view of technology input and output, using DEA to measure the efficiency of technological innovation. Also four main factors (ownership structure, government policies, management level, technological innovation mode) which effect technological innovation efficiency of high-tech companies listed on GEM was selected. From the empirical point of view, the appropriate indicators of these factors were selected, and regression analysis was made by fixed-effect variable intercept which was based on panel data.
