The Discussion of EBM Analysis Method

摘要：

Applying the EBM method, the managers can make accurate appraisal of the shareholder value, make the decision to allocate resources and communicate with the existing investors better. And through EBM method the investors can choose investment portfolio reasonably. This paper introduces the EBM analysis methods background and analyses the weak points of current shareholder value analysis methods. Then it draws out the main content of EBM analysis method and introduces three approaches to create value for the shareholder in detail. And the EBM analysis method can be applied to the enterprises in China.
