Analysis of the Knowledge Capital System in Coal Enterprises under Low-Carbon Economy

摘要：

Knowledge capital is an important capital at the age of knowledge economy. The development of knowledge capital promotes the growth of the low-carbon economy. In the low-carbon economy environment, the knowledge capital of coal enterprises can be divided into four elements including human capital, management capital, market capital and customer capital. The analysis of knowledge capital system in coal enterprises is the platform through which the coal enterprises implement the knowledge capital development in low-carbon economy so as to promote the implementation of the low-carbon management in coal enterprises.
