摘要：

This paper from the status quo of Chinas auto parts industry, summarizes the root causes of the industry lag in technology and can not break through the key technologies, learns the industrial technology innovation mode of the developed countries, adopts the united mode of govern ment-industry-universityresearch institute to construct technological innovation service platform for Chinas auto parts industry, hope that to promote the combination of industry-university-research through the platform building, eventually to achieve the persistent and favorable development of Chinas auto parts industry, enhance the innovation capability of auto parts enterprises, and improve the international competitiveness of auto parts industry.
